Tech Recruiter (Candidate Focused) Basic & Commission Structure dependent on Level Work from Home (Always) The candidate-focused recruiter is critical in identifying, sourcing and placing top technical talent for our valued clients across Cape Town. You don't need to be excited about bringing in new business and landing big clients your area of expertise lies in recruiting great talent and walking them through the recruitment process while having a fun doing so. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates, and partnering with the account manager throughout the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small, but fast-paced boutique specialist agency and will work with a small team and a few external partners. Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal You need to have both the ability and confidence to engage with high-level senior candidates
