What you need for them to think you are as cool as they are: 10 years experience in software engineering working mostly on the front end -Preferably Vue.js, JavaScript, React 2-4 years experience in a Tech lead role Automation testing frameworks (Selenium, N Unit, Cypress, Jest etc.) Azure DevOps Web API skills, design and development Silverlight and WCF experience will earn you points App hosting, Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Some know-how in C# .NET Stack SQL + Big Data is advantageous The ideal Candidate for the job is a leader by natureshaping best practices and the architectural vision; & embracing a mindset of continuous learning!
