You will be responsible for building an engaged candidate base to support UK recruitment with a focus on sourcing the best candidates and becoming a subject matter expert in your skillset specialism. You will also be responsible for making sure the technologies used for finding, building and maintaining relationships with candidates are managed accurately and effective, including use of our HR and CRM tools, Workday and Avature. Key Performance Areas Identify and engage an ongoing pipeline of candidates for future roles Liaise with hiring managers and Resourcing Business Partners to build knowledge of specialist areas and skills requirements Proactively source and engage candidates through use of LinkedIn, job boards, social media and other online tools to build their interest in working for the company Engaging candidates, building rapport and assessing suitability for pipelining vacancies Shortlisting and presenting candidates who are the best possible fit for the role Work in conjunction with the UK recruitment team to ensure fulfilment of all roles aligned to future demand within your skillset specialism Support briefing calls with stakeholders alongside Resourcing Business Partners Manage a candidate care strategy before and during the live recruitment process to include, but not be limited to frequency of contact, information provided, and consistent quality feedback Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualification: Matric (Completed) Tertiary degree in Human Resources/Psychology is preferred by not essential Minimum Experience: At least 1 - 2 years in Engineering recruitment Good telephone manner and communication skills Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Teams) Experience in international recruiting, especially for the UK market, is preferred but not essential Experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting and networking for IT, Finance, Sales and Corporate function roles is preferred but not essential Experience within the BPO sector is preferred but not essential Operational Requirements You will be required to work remotely and occasionally at the office during the pandemic For consideration you will require a fibre internet connection of 20mbps and higher Key Competencies Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) You will need to have experience of working within a Recruitment team hiring permanent employees and have strong administrative and organisation skills. You need to demonstrate an ability to understand a skillset requirement and translate that information into a search that allows you to identify and engage the strongest candidates on the external market. You need to be flexible to learning new skills, taking on new challenges, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the relevant Resourcing Business Partner and the wider Capita business. You need to have experience using a variety of sourcing channels and looking for innovative ways to find and engage passive candidates for future job opportunities. You need to be comfortable and confident in building and maintaining relationships with candidates over time to ensure that they are engaged and interested when a vacancy becomes available. A friendly and confident telephone manner and comfortable speaking with colleagues at different levels throughout the business. Competent with Microsoft office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. A good eye for detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when working to deadlines. IMPORTANT The shortlisted candidates are subject to be assessed using relevant assessment tools based on the needs and requirements of the role.
