EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Degree in any field at a reputable institution is non-negotiable EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Ideally possess 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or dynamic sales Preferable to have previous experience in renewable energy recruitment or related fields Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes Capable of performing effectively under pressure Proficient in candidate sourcing and networking Skilled at understanding and fulfilling client requirements Familiarity with recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and Pnet Exemplary attention to detail RESPONSIBILITIES Use tools to find top candidates for client mandates Interact with candidates, manage recruitment process, and track everything in our ATS system Format CVs, schedule interviews, and handle placement details Build a strong network and client relationships Meet and exceed performance targets SKILLS Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications Results-driven and determined Enthusiastic and ambitious team collaborator Skillful in reporting and delivering presentations Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and strong collaboration abilities
