Talent Acquisition Specialist (Eastern Cape)

TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, sex workers and people who use drugs. Purpose of the position: The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and value adding, start-to-end recruitment function for roles from generalists to specialists in scarce-skills fields, in both urban and rural areas. The focus for this role will be attracting, acquiring and retaining high quality specialist talent to ensure that business requirements are met.
