Tactical Officer

Key Responsibilities:Be the first contact in case of emergencies and be able to think out the box.Inform relevant key stakeholders within the company of emergencies.Opening and maintaining WhatsApp groups.To ensure that communication is maintained within all sites.Coordinate, monitor, and record all communication from various sites, technicians, and drivers.Ensure customers/Oza Holdings staff are updated constantly.Complete call-out forms for every incident and send them to the operations department.Dispatch responders to sites ensuring they are there within a response time.Document and track the position of all assets.Monitor vehicle usage during working and after hours.Monitor staff hours and working times of response employees.Ensure tracking software is always functioning.Handle access control issuesHandle security and protest incidentLiaise with EMS, SAPS and other governmental agenciesMinimum requirements:Grade 123 to 5 years experience in operating a CCTV control roomExperience in tracking or monitoring security camerasExperience in the fleet or transport industry will serve as an advantageProficiency in telephone etiquetteWillingness to work 12-hour shitsStrong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, emergency-response environmentExcellent communication skills (English)
