The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are well-planned and executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They will work closely with other maintenance personnel as well as operations and engineering teams to schedule regular preventive maintenance, handle emergencies, and conduct inspections of equipment and systems.Minimum requirement:Proven experience in systems planning, project management, information Systems or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Strong organizational and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software (CMMS)Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standardsFamiliarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processesAbility to analyse data and make informed decisionsStrong problem-solving skills and technical backgroundStrong report writing and presentation skillsPMP certification is a plus.Key Responsibilities:        Developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules ,work orders and 52 weeks planCoordinating and scheduling all maintenance and project activitiesEnsuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.Administration and preparation for client PPM & Site maintenance AuditsQuotation alignment tracker and registration of quotation on the CMMS in preparationProcuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipmentWorking with vendors and contractors as neededParticipating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practicesAsset registration and elimination on the CMMSContractor managementMaterial management and stock matrix administrationClient catchup meeting adherence calendar managementAlignment of the CMMS with IT supportIssuing of the Reports for all the work completed and closed on the CMMS.
