A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Admin BASIC SALARY : R15,000 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 2 Years experience in a similar role Knowledge of MS Office and other Office applications Strong communication skills Good problem-resolution and creative thinking abilities DUTIES: Answer and direct client calls Take messages and relay them to the appropriate team member/s Communication - experience communicating with clients via telecom and e-mail and ensure that you respond to a customers queries timeously and in a professional manner Explain the product, pricing and loan terms to the customers Explain to a client how to obtain the bank statements in the correct format and be familiar with all channels available in submitting or sending these bank statements Assist the "Front Desk" team in preparing and processing applications Prepare all relevant information required for the application including the conversion of business bank statements via various channels Follow-up calls to clients where the business is waiting for the business bank statements HOURS: 08:00 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
