Supply Chain Projects Manager (Ci)

To lead SC projects from concept to implementation and to provide analysis and Management reporting to support decision making and create transparency to drive efficiencies and growth. Support the supply chain function (outsourced) to ensure execution of related operational processes, and continuously improve our ways of working.
Principle Accountabilities Work with SC Leads to drive pipeline of cost savings initiativesSystem enhancements to drive automation/ embracing digitalization, including E-commerce solutionContinuous enhancement of processes to ensure SC that is fit for purposeSupporting TendersDrive future enhancements e.g., e-commerce, digitalizationManaging projects from inception to execution within the SC spacePower BI Super UserSupport and Development of Digitalization, automation of reporting including for example, DashboardsPerforming ad-hoc analysis in support of supply chain management decision makingLead supply chain continuous improvement by identifying, analyzing, and making incremental improvements to systems, processes, products, or services.Continuous improvement Involve quality control, just-in-time delivery, standardized work, the use of efficient equipment, and the elimination of waste.Dialogue with Region/ Global internally and externally to understand enhancements/ opportunities for improvementSupport in the development and implementation of corrective action, where requiredLead the SC KPI Reviews within Supply chain with a view of facilitating continuous improvements Candidate Requirements
University or similar Bachelor's degree – ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, Statistics & Mathematics or Other SciencesA Minimum of 5-7 years' supply chain experience ideally covering Planning, Logistics and Procurement in FMCGUnderstanding of end to end Supply Chain, Lean Methodologies or similarIdeally experience in Project based role, with strong analytical capabilitiesFinancial background advantageous
