Supplier Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms. Inventory Optimization: Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs. Monitor and analyze inventory performance to identify areas for improvement. Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution processes. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes. Utilize data and analytics to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities.
