Job Description:The Surveillance Investigations Manager manages the surveillance investigations and auditing operation and team aligned with gaming and procedural compliance and protection of company assets, staff and guests.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Verification and validation of all Money Laundering Reporting Officers as per the FICAPlan audits and risk audit scheduleTaking ownership of investigation outcome decisions: Opening criminal cases, lodging disciplinary action or unfoundedQuality assures investigation and audit processesLiaises with Internal and External customers/ stakeholdersQuality assures all reports, EOB entries and registersRegular tracking of players, high rollers, and resultsField investigation for high priority casesFollows the judiciary process through until completionManages provision and preservation of evidence (for internal cases, CCMA and criminal)Liaises with Head Office Legal with regard to Section 205 subpoenaCompiles and communicates handovers to ensure continuity of informationAllocates cases for investigation and auditConduct adhoc investigations and reports to address the business exposure to riskJob Requirements:Ability to deal with highly confidential informationHonesty & IntegrityAttention to detailCollecting Information (listening; asking questions)Handling conflictProblem SolvingSupervisory Certification or NQF 4 equivalent qualification is preferredCheckingMinimum 3 years Surveillance / Investigations experience (preferably obtained in the gaming industry)Grade 12Following InstructionsAnalytical skillsEmotional resilienceJob Details:Company:Sun InternationalVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:PretoriaApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
