Working as a Strategy and Operations Analyst within our FinTech Operations Group offers the chance to collaborate with colleagues based in Europe and Africa solving real world problems that have a huge scale of social impact across Africa. Responsibilities Analysis of Digital Financial Services Data – supporting strategic initiatives with detailed research and analysis across, sales, marketing and pricing.Dashboards - Complex dashboards that cut across segments to help drive Business efficiency and performance .Identify Opportunities - Deliver insightful presentations that help shape commercial decisions in our FinTech group.Problem Solving - advising and researching on complex business problems that affect our retention and sales efforts.
