This stock controller will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining all IT related inventory for the group, effectively monitoring stock levels, tracking deliveries, ensuring accuracy in stock records and coordinating with various departments and resorts.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data. Prompt follow up on invoices and supplier statements. Perform supplier reconciliations. Manage vendor relationships (negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes, ensure timely payments) Receive, count, and track stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and inventory movements in the storerooms. Proven working experience as Accounts Payable/Receivable High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Pastel Partner knowledge would be advantageous. The ideal applicant will have: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably bilingual Working exposure in a computer environment with full understanding of IT abbreviations and languages Good interpersonal skills Strong customer focus and an ability to research and solve support issues either independently or in a team Essential Requirements: Previous experience in a similar environment Pastel experience would be advantageous South Africa's leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector, currently has the following opportunity at Head Office in Port Shepstone.
