Description- Provide outstanding service to members and guests.- Assist with inquiries, purchases, and reservations related to golf, sports, and lifestyle merchandise.- Manage day-to-day Pro Shop operations, keeping it well-organized and maintained.- Oversee Pro Shop operations within the budget, aiming to increase revenue and add value for members.- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, grow revenue, and maximize profits.- Ensure asset, inventory, and resource upkeep and safety.- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and optimize stock rotation.- Implement effective merchandising strategies to improve the shopping experience.- Maintain retail space cleanliness, conduct regular inventory counts, and restock as needed.- Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and transactions.- Develop and execute strategies to boost Pro Shop revenue and profitability.- Train and develop Pro Shop staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction.- Plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches.- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitorsYou need; - Ability to perform well under pressure.- Attention to detail and high accuracy.- Self-motivated with marketing and promotion skills.- Strong service ethic and customer focus.- Quick decision-making ability.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Minimum Experience & Qualifications - Previous experience in golfing industry retail.- Working knowledge of golf games and equipment.- Diploma or tertiary qualification preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
