Job Overview
Business Segment: Group Functions
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To partner with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to the Learning & Development CoE, for decision making. To understand strategy and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end learning insights, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented. To help drive a culture of good governance and data ethicacy.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Degree in Business / Technology/ Behavioural Science / Social Science.
Experience required
Minimum 8 -10 years demonstrated workplace experience at a decision-making level, within the areas of data analytics, reporting and story-telling as well as risk management and governance practices.
Proven track record in developing and delivering detailed reports inclusive of analytics, metrics, trends regarding the area under review, in Excel, PowerBi and / or any other analytics platform / system.
Excellent knowledge of and experience in data analytics, with basic coding using SQL.
