We are looking for a driven, disciplined Sous Chef to bring energy and passion to this beautiful location just outside of Worcester.Duties:- Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation- Collaborate with the Operations to create and develop new menu items and revenue streams- Ensure that all dishes and food items are prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, minimise wastage- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment with great time management and seamless execution- Train and mentor kitchen staff members- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:- Previous experience working as a sous chef or in a similar role- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices- Excellent leadership, pro active management style and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredIf you are a talented and dedicated culinary professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
