Sous Chef - 5 * Upmarket Hotel Johannesburg

A 5* luxury all apartment Hotel with over 120 rooms seeks to employ an experienced Sous Chef with the followingESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS!Matric and a Professional Cookery Diploma with HACCP knowledgeMust have 5 years experience within a 4 or 5 * hotel with at elast 3 food and beverage outlets.Knowledge of costing, controls are a must, must be able to oversee multi-outlets.Must currently be holding the position of Sous in a 4 or 5 * Hotel environment.The ideal candidate will need to have good staff management skills be able to mange costs and controls.Own car and license will be a distinct advantage.Responsibilities include: Write SOPs for every product and service that leaves the kitchen and then be diligent on the execution of all SOP's.
