Solutions Specialist (Remote)

ENVIRONMENT: A leading provider of cloud CRM and Contact Centre solutions in Southern Africa is seeking to appoint a talented, experienced, and committed Solution Specialist to join its Professional Technical Services team who will engage with customers, gather requirements and design and deliver solutions for all company products. The role involves remaining technically proficient in product capability, designing solutions to customer requirements, and coordinating all aspects of solution delivery with the relevant project resources following defined project procedures. This includes managing customer communication and coordinating activities with internal resources to deliver projects on scope, on time and on budget. DUTIES: Analyse business processes and requirements to identify solutions using Odoo and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs. Manage projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Utilize SQL and database understanding to support data analysis and migration tasks. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementations. Perform customization and configuration tasks to tailor solutions to client requirements. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions REQUIREMENTS: Education: Tertiary Qualification (Required) Certifications: Project Management Certification (Bonus Experience: 3- 4 years experience in the following: Business Process Analysis Communication Skills Requirements Gathering Problem Solving 1-2 Years Project Management Odoo Functional Knowledge Data Analysis User Training Change Management SQL and Database Understanding Customisation Awareness Data Migration Experience Testing and Quality Assurance ATTRIBUTES: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Project management expertise Proficiency in Odoo and other relevant technologies Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities Attention to detail and commitment to quality
