To provide specialist advice and guidance as a subject matter expert for Credit in identifying and managing the optimal systems / channels / solutions within South Africa to provide the service of optimising customer engagement capability, enabling and improving collections for the Bank, mitigating risk by engaging distressed clients including anticipated distressed clients (pre-delinquency) to achieve a consistent client experience and alignment to the strategic objectives of customer service for SBSA. Execute the Credit Solutions strategies and objectives of significantly improving and achieving a consistent client experience across all products within South Africa when engaging with distressed clients, including anticipated distressed clients (pre-delinquency). Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders as it relates to Customer Engagement Solutions, including all Credit Managers, Enablement teams, Behavioural economics teams, Risk Management Function and the Collections teams. Drive adherence to Risk and Compliance policies and procedures within Credit by implementing all applicable risk measures in order to ensure successful audits and adherence to regulatory requirements. Lead collaboration discussions with the Technology Function within Standard Bank as well as engagements with external vendors and suppliers in order to enhance the technical capabilities of channels in order to increase collections for the Bank. Accountable for managing the-end-to end flow of all run the bank changes and build of new solutions within an allocated client journey (i.e. AO / AMS). Responsible to lead a multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled team to build the selected features / solutions within the client journey across multiple platforms and systems.
Qualifications
First Degree in Business Commerce or Information Technology Experience Required 8-10 years experience in managing product and solution delivery, delivering business value, managing teams and managing IT projects with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in effectively managing relationships across the value chain to deliver a programme of work. Experience in effectively managing front to back delivery teams i.e. business, specialised functions (SME's) and IT delivery. Strong business and product background. Strong technical / IT understanding.
