Social Media/Wholesale Assistant Overview This thriving fashion company are looking for a Social Media & Wholesale Assistant. In this extremely varied role you will be the support for the Director and teams, completing any tasks for posting on social media, liaising with wholesale, managing stock count on Shopify, assisting the design/product development teams and customer service.
Social Media/Wholesale Assistant Responsibilities Support the Director with ad-hoc administrationWork alongside design/product development to assist them with administrative tasksBeing the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, welcoming them in etc.Chase suppliers for samplesCustomer service for the in-house brandPost engaging content on the brand's social media platformsArrange photoshoots for new collections, from booking models, locations etcInfluence PRLiaise with wholesalers, keeping them up to date on Shopify stocksManage the Shopify stock and update it when necessaryCollating samples for wholesalersCommunicate between ecommerce store & warehouseSocial Media/Wholesale Assistant Requirements A highly organised individual with the ability to multitask in this fast-paced environmentCompetent using Microsoft package, particularly ExcelExperience with Shopify/Customer Service is desirableSocial Media/Wholesale Assistant Additional Information This is a full time office based role. 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
