Essential Requirements:South African Matric & Relevant Diploma or Degree3 years minimum experience in similar role Must have proven excellent track record in sales in the hospitality sectorExcellent computing skillsWorking knowledge of OperaKnowledge of social media platforms Content Creation ability Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)Creativity Duties and Responsibilities:Social content creation: Shooting video and photo content on iPhone, editing reels and selecting images for posts. Planning and arranging any internal and external shoots, ensuring enough editing time.Social scheduling and listening: Writing captions in the RCH tone of voice and using Hoot suite to schedule daily content and monitor and respond to brand mentions across all channels.UGC management:Using Stackla to moderate all property widgets and ensure up to date, as well as managing rights to UGC content.Influencer management:Working closely with the Head of Social Media to invite and approve any influencer/talent requests.Social trends: Analysing key social media trends and ensuring our content plans align where appropriate.Should you not hear from us within 14 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
