Skilled Technical Production Plant Specialist

A Food Manufacturing plant in Centurion is searching for an experienced Fitter to fill the role of a Technical Production Plant SpecialistDuties and Responsibilities:•Independently assess plant machinery service and maintenance requirements•Physical service and maintenance repairs on plant machinery•Dismantle and assembling of plant machinery•Drafting of work instructions and SOP's for plant machinery and maintenance•Controlling the maintenance quality management documentation •Provide subject matter expertise and skills in area of responsibility, advising on solutions to enhance and ensure the effectiveness of the maintenance and upkeep of all plant machinery•Reporting of defects and required maintenance•Coordinate cleaning, services and maintenance on machinery and planned service shutdowns as required•Manage tools, parts, and consumable stock levelsRequirements:•Grade 12•Computer literate•N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering•Fitter Trade Test Certificate or at least 10 years uncertified experience
