Site Manager

We currently have an opening for Site Manager in the Richards Bay area to oversee our Trolley Porting and Cleaning sites in the Area. Dutie Include: Managing trolley porting staff, ensuring timekeeping and attendance. Disciplining staff. Ensuring staff are loaded onto the biometrics system and their hours are accurately recorded on the system Client liason. Providing accurate trolley counts daily. Ensuring we adhere to the SLA for the sites. Client liason. Ensuring zero losses of trolleys on site. Skills: Strong communication Ability to work under pressure Management of unskilled labour Reliable Honest Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in retail management or related. Previous trolley/cleaning management exprience is advantageous. Valid drivers license and own vehicle. Traceable references.
