With a focus on fostering innovation, you will design engaging expo spaces, manage funder visits, conduct student workshops, and lead robotics competitions. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development and Training: Assist in designing and administering comprehensive, innovative training modules for teachers in coding and robotics, ensuring alignment with the latest educational standards and technological advancements.Travel and Training Delivery: Conduct hands-on training sessions nationwide, tailoring content to regional needs and ensuring widespread adoption and engagement.Expo Space Design: Conceptualise and execute captivating designs for expo spaces that showcase our coding and robotics offerings, engaging a broad audience.Funder Engagement: Coordinate and host visits for funders and stakeholders, demonstrating our program's impact and potential for scaling.Student Workshops: Facilitate dynamic workshops for students, promoting active learning and enthusiasm for technology.Competition Organisation: Lead the organization of student robotics sports and innovation challenge competitions, fostering a spirit of creativity and teamwork.Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Regularly visit trained teachers to observe and evaluate the implementation of coding and robotics lessons, providing feedback and support to ensure program efficacy.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with principals, district officials, and other educational stakeholders to advocate for and facilitate the integration of coding and robotics into the school curriculumCandidate Profile: Qualifications: A degree in Education, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related fields. Certifications in coding, robotics, or teacher training are beneficial.Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or a related field, with a focus on coding and robotics.
