Transportation Distribution

Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Ensure all documentation related to shipment is prepared
Achieve customer service level targets based on ontime final delivery and order fulfillment
Optimize distribution costs through value chain efficiencies
Support sales and marketing to achieve established sales and profit objectives
Exports
Planning, scheduling and tracking all export shipments
Prepare and complete all shipment documentation
Adhoc

Provide support to the Warehouse Distribution Manager in order to enhance the overall functionality the supply chain
Ensure that dockets and other related documents are issued in proper order and updated in an accurate and timely manner
Report monthly on pallet balance and reconcile accounts
Record keeping
Requirements

Experience in logistics, shipping, exportimport, customs will be a great advantage
Own transport is a necessity this is non negotiable
Great attention to details and sense of urgency
Organised
Able to take initiative
