Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate machine operators and stakeholders in the production process.Prepare materials for manufacturing and oversee their usage in accordance with quality standards and specific work instructions.Ensure compliance with ITAF16949:2016 standards.Plan and prioritize daily production activities.Manage staff effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Matric / Grade 12 Senior certificate.Post-Matric qualification in Production Management (added advantage).Advanced Injection Moulding setting qualification and/or NQF4 supervisory qualification.5 years experience in an Injection Moulding manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in planning, staff management, and productivity optimization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
