Shift Supervisor, $21/Hr Major Bloom

Major Bloom is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our retail team, in a Shift Supervisor role. The ideal candidate is someone with a great track record, high energy, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working around cannabis!
Responsibilities include:Providing excellent customer service and making sure every customer is taken care of in a timely and courteous manner.Being able to mitigate and resolve potential customer issues and address complaints in a professional manner.Opening and/or closing the store as needed.Supervising and supporting retail associates as needed.Maintaining a clean retail store environment.

Ensuring the floor is restocked as needed.Monitoring cash registers.

Coordinating breaks for retail staff employees.Education:- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience:- 2 years working in a supervisory/management role, preferably in a retail environment.

- Experience working in a cannabis space preferred.
