Sheq Officer

Well-established packaging manufacturer seeks to employ a SHEQ Officer at their premises in Germiston.
For the position you would be required to have: Grade12 with Mathematics (Maths Literacy not sufficient)Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management, or related field.Professional certification or registration in SHEQ-related disciplines (e.g., SHEQ management, occupational health and safety, environmental management, Food safety management and quality management).Knowledge of South African SHEQ legislation, regulations, and industry standards.Proven experience in SHEQ management roles in manufacturing.Proficiency in SHEQ management systems, tools, and softwareLab experience is advantageous.Experience of Internal & External Audit requirementsSAMTRAC, ISO9001:2015, ISO14000:2015, ISO22000:2018Responsibilities would include you to: Quality testing of raw materials and componentsConforming to ISO standardsQuality related Document control/trainingManaging security on siteReporting on SHEQ issuesReporting on all incidents on siteAuditsKnowledge about food safety standardsPerform monthly one on one performance feedback with team.Please apply online or contact Jan van Dyk on 021 – 531 2015 for more information.
