Job Description SHEQ Officer.
Location: Vereeniging
Key requirements:
Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing, operations, product quality, reliability, and safety.
To ensure compliance by staff and contractors to ISO and Health & Safety Systems and Procedures.
Ensure quality levels of all production stages are implemented, met and maintained to meet customer requirements.
Ensure training records are up to date and schedule training when necessary.
Do internal ISO, WPC and 5S audits.
Ensure WPC boards are up to date .
Analyse NCR for the Division and ensure they are closed on time and all recommendations implemented using Root Cause Analysis methodology.
Hold regular Toolbox Talks to drive SHEQ initiatives .
Arrange for Evacuation drill.
Arrange medicals for employees.
Keep Calibration register up to do date to ensure that all equipment being used in the factory has a valid calibration certificate.
