The role involves overseeing various aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Management (QM) within the organization. The candidate is expected to implement and maintain ISO 45001:2018 standards for HSE, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards. They will provide HSE support to projects, conduct safety activities, and participate in incident investigations. Additionally, the role includes managing rigging stores, safety committees, walkabouts, incentive schemes, and overseeing building and facility management, including security systems, hazardous waste, and scrapping procedures.
For QM, the responsibilities include conducting internal and critical supplier audits, managing new subcontractor audits, and handling supplier alerts. The candidate will lead new employee inductions to the quality management system, provide internal training, and ensure adherence to the quality manual and policies. They will oversee equipment control, risks, opportunities, interested parties, customer satisfaction surveys, and complaints. The role involves maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, document control, record/evidence control, job files register, and archiving. The candidate will liaise with certification bodies, manage department expenditures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Regular reporting on objectives and performance of the QMS department is also a key aspect of the role.
Profile Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience · Minimum 5-year Health, Safety and Quality field experience.
· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
· Internal auditing of management systems.
· Third party and certification audits.
· Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
· The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
· Medically fit and in good physical condition.
· Availability to travel.
· Occupational Health and Safety Diploma or Certificate e.g. SAMTRAC; Nebosh.
· Registered as SACPCMP.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard clausal requirements.
· ISO 9001:2015 and ISO introduction, implementation, internal auditing.
· Knowledge of Cinco's Safety Policies and Procedures.
