Duties to be executed will include,but not limited to, assisting investors to buy and sell shares without offering specific investment advise, registering new investors on trading platfrom, verifying existing investors, loading trade instructions received by investors telephonically, and ensuring that FICA requirements are being adhered to before investors enter transactions.Key Responsibilities :Answering inbound calls from invetors to take sales orders and buy bidsAssisting invetsors and prospective investors by answering inquiries and questions with confidence, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing informationAssisting walk-in investors and prospective investors with document submission, trade instructions and request informationAccurately updating investor informationArranging for the dispatch of forms and information to investors and other interested partiesFollowing up on requests from investors which involves clerical duties like faxing, emailing, posting and fillingTaking an interest in and keeping informed about share market trendsCollecting, verifying and uploading new investor applicationsFollowing up with investors regarding outstanding documentationIdentifying and escalating priority issuesFollowing up customer calls when neccessaryMinimum RequirementsDegree (Preferebly in Finance)Clear Credit and Criminal RecordMinimum of 6 months Call Center and Customer Service ExperienceAbility to speak, read and write fluently in EnglishCustomer focusedEnthusiastic, positive and motived outlookGood communication skills, both written and verbal
