Service Design Strategist (Product Design)

Duties & Responsibilities End-to-End design of market leading solutions that enhance customer experience. Increase business efficiency for example the journey / experience maps, service blueprints, interaction models, flows and wireframes System design to ensure problem definition and ideation address the needs and optimise the value across all stakeholders. Develop user/customer and service flows across the business, regularly consulitng with stakeholders to ensure areas of friction are identified and understood initiatives to improve customer experience are scoped and prioritised. Deliver solutions to the development team Provide service design thought leadership within the group Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or relevant qualification - Hons will be an advantage 5 years experience in Service Design and working with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers 3 year experience in design thinking (determine which solutions are more likely to satisfy customer needs) and communicating design solutoins Experience in Agile Methodology and working environment Interested?
