Details of the offer

*Purpose* * Provide customer care support to employer groups registered within the bargaining council and the necessary administrative duties *Summarise* * Provide customer care support to the various contact people at the companies and conduct administrative duties *KRA* * Provide customer care support to the companies who participate in the bargaining council * Group level administrative functions resulting in the monthly billing and collection of premiums. *Tasks/Activities* * Provide customer care support to Employer Groups participating in the Bargaining Council. * Be assigned and responsible for an assigned group of companies dealing with interalia: * Capturing companies information on the CRM system. * Auditing of the new members either imported or captured on the CRM system * Check that policies are captured correctly and correct any errors * Compiling and sending the schedule of the imported members and or captured members to the company for confirmation. * Requesting membership packs from fulfilment and ensure all information is accurately reflected. * Managing the fulfilment process that will include the delivery of the membership packs. * Be responsible for adding new members, terminating members as received from your assigned company (be it manually or off the system) * Notify Finance of any new members, member additions or cancellations for the companies * Monthly checking of the Bordereau to ensure it matches the CRM system * Ensure that membership movements are correctly received by the various Providers (PPN, Mediscor, PAMC, DRC, Specsavers). * Ensure that all necessary communication is sent to the assigned company contact. * Regular contact with assigned company contacts. * Updating the system with the Funeral Beneficiary information * Monthly checking of the assigned companies Bordereau Vs Payments to ensure that the amounts are correct. * Adhering to the strict SLAs in place around the Employer Hotline and email communication. * Prepare monthly membership reports. * Conduct general administrative duties. * Perform any other task entrusted by Management. *Other requirements* * Advanced Excel Skills * Vernac Speaking is essential *Mental activities?* * High concentration * Ability to work under pressure *When will the job be performed?* * Monday Friday 08:00 17:00 * Occasional Overtime and Saturdays *Where will the job be performed?* * Benoni Branch *Under what conditions will the job be performed?* * High Pressurised conditions *Essential Qualifications* * Matric * Tertiary Qualification *Any legal requirements?* * Clear criminal record *Essential Experience* * 1 year administrative experience * Understanding that this role requires you to be confident in speaking and emailing your clients * Good Excel Experience *Desirable Experience* * Working with Excel * Call Centre Experience * Client Service Experience *Knowledge and Skills* * Excellent customer service skills * Good listening skills * Good interpersonal skills * Excellent communication skills * Good computer skills ( Excel and Word) * Exceptional problem solving skills * Good organisational skills Self motivated *Attributes* * Able to work under pressure as well as independently * Sense of responsibility * Patient * Honest, hardworking and humble
