Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Service Advisor . Salary: Highly negotiable salary (depending on experience) + Medical Aid + Pension + Incentives Requirements: Matric Certificate Driver's license Minimum 5 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor Literate on Drive Ability to work under pressure Outgoing and vibrant personality Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP) Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system Update necessary vehicle details Prepare quotations Ensure accurate invoice payments Full vehicle handover process Customer follow ups Maintain a high CSI Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
