Service Advisor

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP/ RMI WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE*** Join a close-knit and welcoming team at a well-established RMI Certified Workshop, known for its expertise in luxury vehicles. We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused individual with strong technical acumen to become a valuable part of the team. To apply for this position, it is essential that you have 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a motor dealership or RMI Workshop, good technical acumen and a passion for the intricacies of luxury vehicle maintenance and dedication to not only providing outstanding customer service but also to this companys Business Philosophy. This position is ideal for a Technician looking to come off the bench and move into a more customer-facing role. Job Requirements A valid Drivers License Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience Technically minded Must be highly service driven (good customer service skills) Exceptionally well-groomed and presented Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties Have working knowledge of VMG (Advantageous) A stable work history Contactable references You will need the following documents when applying; A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.
