About the role As we continue to grow our newly opened office, you will work within a small dynamic team to help drive a growing range of projects. This is a varied role which will see you developing and maintaining client relationships, preparation of concept, preliminary and detailed designs, and project administration and management.
Working closely with our established clients, managing our growing key clients in the region, ensuring we deliver cost effective and high-quality design.Preparation of proposals and monitoring progress through to delivery and invoicing.Manage all size projects, including cost estimates, writing fees, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling, meeting deadlines and budgets.Maintain strong working relationships with all clients, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors, and internal teams.Support construction monitoring within the region.Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall company strategies.We offer A great working environment, competitive remuneration package, annual bonus scheme, flexible working, on-the-job training and ongoing career development.
About you Qualified with a BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering, or equivalent.CPEng or working towards would be an advantage.Professional engineering experience in NZ, with proven seismic experience to NZ Codes and strong technical knowledge.Understand risk, be commercially astute and place a high regard on client satisfaction.Experience in leading and managing the delivery of structural engineering projects.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive drive and resilience.Solution focused, a good problem solver.Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people.
