Details of the offer

Matric, with a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Senior Service Administrator in the Forklift and/or Earth Moving Equipment industry Must have a completed 3 year relevant tertiary qualification Duties - Receiving and professionally handling customer calls and enquiries Communicate effectively with operational staff, customers, and suppliers Responsible for putting together and sending quotations timeously Following up on all quotations sent and understanding why we are not converting them should that be the case Ensuring that Work in Progress Report is kept to a minimum Monitor MSD report on a daily basis and balance back to WIP report Submit daily tracking reports (downtime/ services) to the customer timeously Invoicing job cards daily with the correct supporting documentation, ensuring that work in progress is kept to a minimum Manage an effective document control Ensure that all job cards and WIP`s are processed and billed to the correct customers, in line with monthly deadline requirements Maintain business relationship with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery Weekly forecast reports (booking jobs, planning services and load testing etc.) General admin duties Drive continuous improvement initiatives
