Senior Regulatory Officer

Functions: Responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements Will be responsible for reporting to and advising the executives on regulatory procedures, processes and changes Develop a compliance risk matrix across regulated companies and identify core risk areas requiring compliance and internal audit intervention Apply compliance process across multiple jurisdictions, showing an understanding of different compliance requirements Requirements: Minimum B. Com LLB Degree with a post graduate LLM in Taxation /H. Diploma in Tax Admitted attorney or advocate of the High Court of South Africa 5-10 years post articles experience specializing in Financial Services law Must have sound knowledge of international law.
