Warrington: Great opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to specialise in a rewarding Recruitment sector, focusing on candidate delivery.
TLDR: Location: Warrington, free parking
Salary: to £30K for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, £26K for a Recruitment Consultant
Hours: 8-5
Work location: office 4pdw, home 1dpw
Team: a well established team and company in the Social Work recruitment space
Commission: scale 15% - 25% after threshold
Training: On the job with the manager
Reason for vacancy: Expansion in business
Progression: Clear progression path with salary increases
Mindset: work hard, earn well, open to training and learning, provide a consistently good service to temps
The company and role:
A specialist Care division.
They work in close partnership with Local Authorities and Care providers to source the best Qualified Social Work staff.
You will work with a manager who has specialised in Social Work and Social Care recruitment for around 20 years.
You will manage a pool of clients, ensuring that they have access to the best Temporary and Interim Social Workers.
This is a candidate short market, so there is great emphasis on candidate management, registration and care.
The industry is driven by Managed Service Providers and PSLs, and the company is prominent on all of these Supplier Lists.
Who are you:
You will be a committed recruitment consultant, currently working and billing in the industry, ideally social care or social work
Call us to discuss your experience, but recruitment consultants from temp-driven industries have found they have many transferable skills – eg Education, Hospitality, Commerical temps
You will be able to work at fast pace, and understand the importance of candidate management in a skills short market.
