Ensuring operations comply with all local licensing conditions, including conductingregular audits and managing the acquisition of new licenses as needed.? Overseeing consultant public affairs agencies to ensure cohesive and effective publicpolicy strategies that align with our clients goals in South Africa.Requirements:? A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, public policy, orregulatory roles, preferably with a focus on the South African market.? A deep understanding of the regulatory and licensing landscape within South Africa,especially as it pertains to mobility services.? Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful public policy strategiesand corporate communications within a complex regulatory environment.? Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively translating complex regulatoryissues into clear, actionable guidance for both internal teams and external partners.? A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with governmentaland regulatory bodies, as well as other key stakeholders.? Excellent organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and a keenattention to detail.?
