Senior/Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation)

We are seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Senior/Lead QA Engineer for a well-funded secure tech start-up within the hospitality and entertainment sector, you'll be joining a secure and exciting young company at an early stage and you'll be able to play a pivotal part in the growth and success of the business, joining after the recent launch of the platform.

You will work alongside the development team and you will report directly to the CTO, managing the whole QA process, focusing on automated testing, therefore you'll need to be experienced enough in test automation and test automation frameworks to get on with the job independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to be the first QA hire, take the lead on everything across quality assurance and testing, and have a real impact on the growth of the product.
Responsibilities will include producing automated tests, you will have the chance to bring in your choice of end-to-end framework for web test automation, whether that's Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright, and roll out your choice of tools that help you best. You will be reviewing and managing issues raised, working with the development team to resolve issues, as well as striving to increase efficiency in the testing process.
