Position: Senior Helpdesk/ Technical Support Company: Internet Service Provider Location: Northern Suburbs Salary: Negotiable (R23,000, negotiable upon interview) Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience with another Internet Service Provider Helpdesk support experience with clients Management and monitoring of network and towers Knowledge of OSPF, BGB, MPLS Familiarity with Ubiquiti and Mikrotik hardware Proficiency in Radius Manager software Fluent in English and Afrikaans Ability to manage and assist installers Own transport to Edgemead Valid driver''''s license Ability to work under pressure and collaborate as a team player Availability for overtime at least twice a week Normal working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Willingness to micro-manage junior helpdesk technicians when needed The ideal candidate must possess all the mentioned qualifications, as they will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the network.
