We're a friendly, boutique agency based in Kloof (Durban) and we're on the hunt for an eagle-eyed mid/senior graphic designer with extensive experience in financial/corporate design to help take care of our clients' daily needs.
About the role: This role will suit someone who is very detail-oriented and can handle the fast turnaround of many design requests to an impeccable (read global) standard. Your day-to-day work will include designing adverts, website banners, mailer headers, infographics and social media posts in a financial/corporate design style. Larger projects will include the layout and preparation of financial reports, PowerPoint presentations, motion graphic videos (design component only) and exhibition design.
Our clients are lovely, but they move quickly and expect us to keep up as we take care of their daily needs and you will need to be able to handle the pace and uphold the high standards of quality our clients expect. Having said this our work environment is a happy, politics-free one where everyone is a valued member of the team.
Education and software skills: Min eight years of ongoing graphic design experience in an agency environmentMin three-year degree/diploma in graphic designAdobe Suite expert: extensive Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop experience (all three a must)Comfortable in MS Suite, including PPT and Word (we convert a lot of our design work into editable PPT's and you will need to know how to do this or learn how to do this)Advantageous: Adobe XD or similarRemote work: This is a fully remote role for the right person, subject to Ts and Cs and background checks.
