Role Responsibilities Engage/participate in the full spectrum of Engineering design - from conceptual to final design. Perform and oversee drafting. Develop specifications and cost estimates. Prepare reports required by the project development. Full project management responsibilities for related design projects. Engage with the client on project related matters. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight. Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex technical nature. Able to learn and to develop new skills and workflows for new digital tools. Transfer knowledge and skills to junior Engineers/Modellers and the team. BEng/BSc/BTech degree in Civil Engineering. Registered professional with ECSA or evidence of registration progress. At least 4 years Road (Geometric) design experience gained in a consulting environment. Experience designing with Bentley Open Roads or Power Civil as well as competency in MicroStation. Sound project design and deliverable management experience. Sound communication and interpersonal skills. Interest and/or experience with BIM systems would be advantageous. We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
