Senior Finance Professional (JB942)Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg Salary: R900 000 per annum + annual bonus (negotiable)Minimum qualification: Certified Accountant CA (SA), ACCA etc.Hardware and software retailer is seeking a Certified Accountant, Finance Professional with 7+ years experience and solid experience in IFRS to join their team. As a member of this team you will work closely with Management to ensure reporting, compliance and accounting functions are effectively managed. Duties: Manage and coordinate all accounting operations based on accounting principles by local GAAP and IFRS in Microsoft DynamicsPublish month and year end Financial Reporting in Hyperion (HFM) for Group ReportingInter-company reconciliationCollect, analyze and summarize account informationCompute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.Prepare and co-ordinate annual tax returnOversee and maintain internal controls & complianceAudit financial transactions and document accounting control proceduresHandles Petty Cash FundUpload payments in online bankingForecasting & Budgeting in Hyperion (HFM)Ad hoc analysisAnalytical support & advisory of Management TeamManaging and completing the annual BBBEE gradingAssisting in planning for the BBBEE gradingPresentation of financial results in Board meetingsPrepare budget and financial forecasts including analysisCoordinate insurance renewals for both local and global requirementsHandle bank communications and changes or authorised signatories Manage HR RFR requests, entry and exit checklists and drafting of offer letters for new employees Assist with the contract review of new projects Assist with the management and support of logisticsAssist with the management and support on project closing and accounts receivableAssist with the management and support of administrative tasks such as employee visa and trade license renewalMinimum requirements: Certified Accountant CA (SA), ACCA etc.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Hyperion7 + years experience in a similar role3 - 5 years experience in people management
