Job SummaryAttend to internal & external client requests for rates & quotationsMaintain & build on relationships with internal & external service providersEnsure that estimates, tenders are submitted within the stipulated timelinesEnsure accuracy with respect to all estimates submittedEnsure that pricing submitted is consistent with the scope of services requestedQuality Checking and Approval of EstimatesProviding Support to Internal DepartmentsResolving of Queries QualificationsMatric – Grade 12.Relevant Degree / DiplomaExperience+5 years of Pricing Experience (Sea freight Import / Export / Cross Trades / Breakbulk – Transport Local / Over Border).Proficiency in Incoterms.Sound knowledge of Sea freight and Road freight processes.Able to Supervise and Quality Check Estimates.CargoWise One experience is advantageous.SkillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.Computer literacy in MS Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication.
