About the team: The Data community at Luno, comprising Data Engineers, Scientists, and Analysts, uncovers valuable insights from the vast amounts of data we gather from our customers and platform. These insights are crucial for guiding our product development and business strategy. As a Senior Data Analyst joining Luno, you would be part of the Business Insights Team. Our focus is to provide the business with trusted, timely and accurate data for reporting and business insights. Our current technology stack includes Databricks and Looker. The role in a nutshell: As we accelerate on our mission to put crypto in everyone's hands, your role is to extrapolate insights from the data that we collect on our customers and their experience with our products and services. This in turn, allows us to drive better decisions and inform our business strategy. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining our BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, facilitating self-service and delivering compelling stories through dashboarding.
