Hire Resolve's client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst you will be expected to fully manage a small engagement from end-to-end. This includes meeting the client, gathering theirrequirements, documenting and sizing the requirements, project-managing
this requirement and taking it all the way to delivery whilst mentoring and managing others.
Requirements: 5+ years as a Business AnalystWrite functional specificationsTechnically inclinedBuild user stories and work alongside QA Engineers building test cases and acceptence criteriaSolid troubleshootingStrong communication skills for understanding project needs and providing feedback to stakeholders and team members Responsibilities: Requirements collection and functional specification documentationSupporting projects by conducting testing, reviewing, and resolving defects as requiredWork closely with the Lead developer and Product Owner to align development effortsMentorship of less experienced Business AnalystsForm part of the delivery team in our SDCL (Scrum)Some level of delivery management and prioritisation of featuresContribute to product development Benefits: Salary negotiableOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
