Senior Business Analyst

• Research markets and engage organizational participants to identify potential new market opportunities and acquisition targets.
• Directly solicit and engage companies for acquisition.
• Develop and maintain various return on investment (ROI) scenarios and other analysis in evaluating new growth initiatives or acquisition opportunities.
• Post-acquisition integration with both operations and finance teams.
• Provide financial analytical support to the senior management team.
• Special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
