Insurance or Financial Services experience or finance/financial reporting processes and systemsFinancial accounting / Financial reporting capabilityStrong account reconciliation skillsProblem-solving ability.Cost Allocations and Product Fund accounting understandingFinance qualification & backgroundBusiness Analysis DiplomaKnowledge of the insurance industry and productsBusiness analysis and project exposure are essential.Experience in mapping out complex business processesExposure to a complex organisational structure at Group levelCA(SA) / CIMA – beneficial Competencies:
